Light chocolate ice cream and sea buckthorn sorbet with a soft center of sea buckthorn coulis on a crispy base of puffed choco-rice.
The dessert's base is coated with a layer of Ismageriet's own 70% fairtrade chocolate and topped with a light coconut marshmallow.
This ice cream dessert is heavily inspired by Ismageriet's popular coconut Flødebolle ice cream – with a fresh twist.
The dessert requires no preparation time, is picked up decorated in the shop, and can be stored in the freezer until your guests arrive.
Take the dessert out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving.

The marshmallow mass contains Halal-approved vegetable gelatin, making it suitable for all faiths.
