Islagkagens lag er adskilt af et lag af 70 % mørk chokolade, og pyntet af med et marcipanbånd. Hertil modtager man en fontæne og lidt flag.

Our ice cream cakes are delivered frozen and need two hours to thaw in the packaging - unopened and at room temperature.
Remove the ice cream cake from the freezer 2 hours before serving and leave it unopened in the thermal box.
*If the lid is lifted to look at the ice cream cake, it will melt faster.
Remove the ice cream cake from the thermos by lifting the lid and breaking the bottom of the thermos into pieces so that you can reach under the ice cream cake.
Our ice cream cakes will keep for 6 months in the freezer at -18 degrees Celsius.
At pick-up, the ice cream cake can be kept for 2.5 hours outside of frost in the packaging provided.
The ice cream cakes do not tolerate temperature fluctuations, as ice crystals will form in the ice cream. It is therefore not recommended to put a half-frozen ice cream cake back in the freezer.

Our Combine-your-own ice cream cakes let you design your own ice cream cake with your 3 favorite flavors. The Combine-yourself ice cream cakes must be ordered no later than 48 hours before pickup.
The ice cream cake is 26 cm in diameter and 8 cm high. It is delivered in a thermo box that is 32 cm in diameter and 14 cm high.
We are unable to make our ice cream cakes in sizes other than the standard.
The ice cream cake contains approximately 3 liters of ice cream, corresponding to 12-18 servings in each ice cream cake (two/three large scoops of ice cream per person).
