Ice Cream Bomb with Foam, Caramel, and Peanut & Raspberry Sorbet
This year's New Year's dessert is an explosive delight featuring layers of peanut and raspberry sorbet, filled with caramel sauce, topped with vanilla flødebolle foam, and then coated in a layer of dark chocolate.

Shelf life
Our ice cream cakes can be kept frozen at -18 degrees for up to 3 months.
