Ismageriet’s Favourite 1 – Our take on a tricolore ice cream cake.
The ice cream cake features our classic chocolate ice cream at the bottom, a layer of rhubarb sorbet in the middle, and coconut ice cream on top.
Each ice cream layer is separated by a layer of 70% dark chocolate and topped with a decorative pattern and a marzipan band. It comes with a fountain and small flags.
Allergens: Dairy (including lactose). May contain traces of soy, nuts, and peanuts.
Thawing Times / Serving Guide
Our ice cream cakes are delivered frozen and need two hours to thaw in their packaging – unopened and at room temperature.
Take the ice cream cake out of the freezer 2 hours before serving, and let it sit unopened in the insulated box.
*If the lid is lifted to peek at the ice cream cake, it will melt faster.
Remove the ice cream cake from the insulated box by lifting the lid and breaking the base of the box into pieces. This way, you can easily get a grip underneath the ice cream cake.
Shelf Life
Our ice cream cakes can be kept for 6 months when stored in the freezer at -18 degrees Celsius.
Upon pickup, the ice cream cake can last for 2.5 hours outside of the freezer in the provided packaging.
* Ice cream cakes do not tolerate temperature fluctuations, as ice crystals may form in the ice cream. Therefore, it is advised not to return a half-frozen ice cream cake to the freezer.
Selection
Our Favorites are ready-designed ice cream cakes, always available with just 2 hours' notice, or over the counter in our stores.
Our Build-Your-Own ice cream cakes allow you to craft your own ice cream cake with your 3 favorite flavors. The Build-Your-Own ice cream cakes must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance of your desired pick-up time.
