Changes to variants must be made no later than three days before the event.

The ice cream counter must be picked up between 12:00-13:00 on the day in question and returned cleaned the following day between 10:00-11:00. (Late returns are subject to an extra day's rent of DKK 500).

There must be a power plug for the ice cream counter at the serving location.

Accessories such as waffles, cups, sprinkles, etc. can be purchased when booking the ice cream counter or in the shop at pick-up.

Remember! You must bring 2 people to pick up the ice cream counter, as one person cannot lift it alone.

Ice counter dimensions: Length: 90 cm. Width: 56 cm. Height: 60 cm.

Weight of ice tray: 25 kilos + weight of ice.

Most cars have space for the ice tray in the trunk or on the back seat.

The ice counter costs DKK 3,100 for 20 liters of ice and DKK 4,100 for 28 liters of ice.

These prices cover one day's rental, then DKK 500 is charged per additional day.

In addition, a deposit of DKK 1,500 is charged, which is refunded when the ice dispenser is returned to us undamaged, cleaned and with all the rented accessories.
