Champagne Sorbet

Champagne/cava sorbet. Our "champagne" sorbet is made from a dry cava, providing the same experience as actual Champagne. This refreshing sorbet boasts a pronounced flavor of sparkling wine and lemon, making it an excellent palate cleanser between courses or as a refreshing element to a dessert plate. This sorbet contains alcohol and is not suitable for children.

Serve the champagne sorbet on its own, or liven it up with a glass of champagne served alongside or poured over the sorbet.
