How much does it cost to rent an ice cream freezer?
Renting an ice cream freezer costs 3,100 kr. for 20 liters of ice and 4,100 kr. for 28 liters of ice.
The price includes one day of rental.
Each additional rental day costs 500 kr. per day.
A deposit of 1,500 kr. is also required, which will be refunded when the ice cream freezer is returned cleaned, undamaged, and with all rented accessories.
When should the ice cream cart be picked up and returned?
The ice cream counter must be picked up on the specified day between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.
It should be returned clean the following day between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
If returned late, an additional day's rental fee of 500 DKK will be charged.
The ice cream counter needs to be picked up by two people, as it cannot be lifted by one person alone.
How big is the ice cream display?
The dimensions of the ice cream counter are:
Length: 90 cm
Width: 56 cm
Height: 60 cm
The ice cream counter weighs approximately 25 kg plus the weight of the ice cream.
Most cars can accommodate the ice cream counter, either in the trunk or on the back seat.
How long will the ice cream keep in the display case?
Without power, for instance during transport, the ice cream can stay frozen for up to 30 minutes. It can often remain cold for even longer, depending on the surrounding conditions.
When the freezer is plugged in, there’s no time limit, and the ice cream can be stored frozen as long as the freezer is in use.
Is anything included with the ice cream counter?
Yes. Both ice cream scoops and signs are included with the ice cream counter.
Both must be returned along with the ice cream counter after use.
If you'd like cups, cones, toppings, or other accessories, these can be purchased either when placing your order or at pickup.
Which ice cream varieties can we choose?
Please note that the event selection is not the same as the daily selection in our stores.
Can we change the ice cream flavors in our order?
Yes. Up to 3 business days before pickup, you can request changes to the flavors in your order. Changes must be made within the event assortment and by contacting our administration or customer service.
