Ismageriet's Favorite 1 – Our take on a tricolore ice cream.

The ice cream cake consists of our classic chocolate ice cream at the bottom, a layer of rhubarb sorbet in the middle, and coconut ice cream on top.

The ice cream layers are separated by a layer of 70% dark chocolate and are decorated with a decorative pattern on the top, as well as a band of marzipan. Also included are a fountain and some flags.
