Ismageriet's Christmas ice cream cake consists of a layer of orange crunch ice cream at the base, a layer of cherry sherbet in the middle, and a layer of Ismageriet's famous Isalamande with cherry sauce and slivered almonds on top.
The ice cream layers are separated by a thin layer of dark chocolate and decorated on the sides with a burnt marzipan ribbon.
