Ice Cream Maker
Do you enjoy working in a busy kitchen? Is detail of high important to you without compromising product quality and appearance? Then perhaps it is you that we are missing as part of our kitchen team in Denmark’s best ice cream shop – Ismageriet.
We are busy and are therefore looking for a strong and independent ice cream maker for our kitchen in Søborg (Gentofte). Become a part of our kitchen team, which today consists of 4 gelato makers. We have a variety of delicious products to offer in our beautiful retro shop, including unique dairy and yogurt ice cream. We also create sorbet, ice cream cakes, as well as ice cream for special events. Your day will mainly consist of producing ice cream, but the job also consists of backing up/postproduction, quality control, order acceptance, ordering, cleaning and helping in the shop if needed. It is important that you are a team player, as well as feeling comfortable working independently, and take pride in a good handover.
The right ice cream lover for the job…
We imagine that you:
- hold a minimum of 2 years’ experience from pastry, bakery, ice cream or other food industries.
- have a positive attitude and passion to produce lots of delicious ice cream.
- can maintain an overview and a good atmosphere; even when it is very busy.
- are a team player and can ensure positive collaboration and teamwork.
- have a high level of energy and a genuine understanding of customer service.
- speak Danish and/or English.

We offer you an average of 37 hours a week, and salary according to qualifications. Your working time will be distributed on both day, evening, weekend and public holidays, with scheduled weekend off every third week by appointment.
